Steps to create Mobile ads in Google

Before you can create mobile ads, you must have a mobile web page or business telephone to which you can connect customers

You can create a mobile webpage for free through Google’s free AdWords Business Pages for mobile ads service. AdWords advertisers can set up business page in a few quick and easy steps; to learn more, please read http://adwords.google.com/support/bin/answer.py?answer=66205

You can also create a mobile version of your website on your own by rewriting your pages in a mobile markup language, such as XHTML, WML, or CHTML. For more information on mobile websites, please contact your webmaster

Once you have created a mobile webpage, or have a business telephone number, please follow these steps to create a mobile ad:

 1. Sign in to your AdWords account at https://adwords.google.com .

 3. Click the appropriate ad group.
 4. Select the ‘Ad Variations’ tab.
 5. Click the ‘Mobile text ad’ link at the top of your ad table.
 6. Fill out the fields, as needed.
 7. Click ‘Save Ad.’

Follow these simple steps and enjoy the benefits of getting trafic to your website on a move

Google Adwords 4.0

Posted by shushant on September 27, 2007

Google released version 4.0 of AdWords Editor, free, downloadable campaign management application. Version 4.0 includes support for mobile ads, the ability to post changes to selected campaigns, custom date ranges for performance statistics, and the ability to update negative keywords along with your regular keywords.
With the release of version 4.0, AdWords Editor is now available in 23 languages. The six new languages for version 4.0 are: Czech, Hebrew, Polish, Portuguese (Portugal), English (Australia), and Turkish.

If you haven’t yet downloaded AdWords Editor, visit the AdWords Editor website to get the latest version. If you’re already using AdWords Editor, you’ll be prompted to upgrade automatically. To avoid losing unposted changes or comments, Google suggest exporting an archive of your account before upgrading. After you’ve completed the upgrade, you just need to download your account and import the archive file to get your account up and running. While this release is for Windows only, version 4.0 will be available for Macs in the near future.
